Scrumptious Sheet Pan Dinner


The beauty of sheet pan dinners is the easy clean up, easy bake, and endless varieties you can put together! I also love to make dinners my whole family will eat without any complaints. One and done! Enjoy.


4 Sausages of your choice, sliced

1 bag of broccoli florettes

1/2 red onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, chopped

4-5 yukon gold potatoes, chopped

2-3 tbsp olive oil, drizzled on top and mixed thoroughly to coat

Garlic powder + salt + pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and spread out on two sheet pans lined with parchment paper (or if you don't have parchment paper, greased). I like to bake the potatoes on a separate sheet since they might take longer to cook and so everything has enough space to bake (if you don't spread everything out it will steam instead of bake/get a nice golden brown finish!). Bake at 400 for 25-35 minutes, checking halfway through and giving it a stir if it is cooking unevenly (oven cooking times may vary).
