What does the process of therapy look like? 

 

The first step is to book a free consult call so I can answer any questions you have and see if we would be a good fit to work together. Next we would schedule an intake session and I would send you intake paperwork via my client portal to fill out prior to your first appointment. I am always available for questions, so don’t hesitate to reach out if anything comes up! 

During our sessions together we will explore your personal history, current challenges and goals for therapy/coaching. Since each client I work with is a unique individual, I draw from my varied areas of expertise to create a customized plan of action for each client.

Do you take insurance?

 

As a holistic therapist, I do not take insurance (but I do take HSA/FSA cards for payment). I treat the whole person - mind, body, and spirit, a model not currently supported by insurers. However I can provide a superbill of charges that you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. If you have any further questions about how to talk to your insurance about out-of-network benefits I’m happy to assist with this.

What are your rates?

 

I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash/check/Venmo/Zelle. My current rates for therapy/coaching are:

$185 / 50 min session

$280 / 75 min session

What is your availability for appointments? 

 

I am available Monday / Wednesday / Thursday for client appointments and free 15-minute consult calls. 

I offer in-person appointments at my Centennial office on Mondays and my Littleton office on Wednesdays. All three days I am available for telehealth appointments (Mon/Wed/Thurs).

What is your cancellation policy? 

 

I maintain a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, which means you will be charged the full appointment fee if you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window before your appointment time. This is because I reserve this time for you and typically cannot fill the spot last minute.

 

If I don’t live in Colorado, can I still work with you?

 

I am only licensed to practice psychotherapy within the state of Colorado, however I can provide holistic coaching services to residents outside of Colorado. You can also participate in any of my women’s circle offerings I have whether you live in Colorado or not.
