“Your body holds deep wisdom. Trust in it. Learn from it. Nourish it. Watch your life transform.”

-Bella Bleue

My healing journey began in my late teens, when I struggled with a myriad of physical ailments that were “undiagnosable”. Thus began my quest for wellness through a variety of practitioners, and I learned that my hormone imbalances, pre-diabetic blood sugar levels, and gut issues were related to diet, lifestyle stress, and unprocessed trauma. I learned about the power of food as medicine, and I sought out mental health therapy for the first time to address the emotional patterns that were blocking me from living out the life of my dreams.

I spent the first 11 years of my career working in corporate advertising and in 2009 I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a health coach. From there I wanted to go deeper in my work and get to the root causes of why we sometimes struggle with the ability to make changes with our body, food, lifestyle, etc., even though we know all the right things to do. I went on to get my MA in Counseling at Regis University in 2016 so I could address symptoms of trauma, emotional dysregulation, and deeply ingrained, painful belief patterns. I learned the importance of working with the nervous system, unlocking and healing stored trauma in the body, and integrating the various “parts” of ourselves to live more meaningful, joyful lives.

I believe in the body’s inherent orientation towards wholeness and vital health, and that healing is about removing the blocks that are preventing the body to do the work it already knows how to do to find balance.

I consider myself a life-long seeker, and have been a part of women’s spiritual circles for 14 years. I participate in regular meditation, breathwork and women’s retreats to access greater states of expanded consciousness, peace and joy.

I believe that if we want to live our very best life it’s important to be intentional and focused about our choices and getting the support we need. I strive to provide the resources and accountability you need to help facilitate powerful change.
