No Bake Energy Balls

I give these five stars for delicious snackability! The best part is the variety of mix-in you can add to create 5 different yummy flavors. They are filled with good-for-you ingredients and make for a quick, portable breakfast or snack. Scroll down and pick the option that sounds the best to whip up today!


1 cup rolled oats

5 Tbsps "power mix in-s" (chia seed, flax seeds, hemp seeds)

1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teas vanilla

1/4 teas salt

1/2 cup mix-in of your choice (see options below; chocolate chips, raisins, etc.)


Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. Keeps in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to two weeks and in the freezer for 3 months.


Flavor options:

White chocolate cranberry: use almond butter, honey, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup white chocolate chips


Almond Joy: use almond butter, honey, 1/4 cup coconut, 1/4 cup chocolate chips


Oatmeal raisin: use almond butter, maple syrup, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 teas cinnamon


Chocolate peanut butter: use peanut butter, honey and 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Trail mix: use peanut butter, honey, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup chocolate chips
